We hopped a long tail one day.
Destination: Hong Island.
We could see it from the beach.
Just a short ride away.
We kept the boat for the day and could go wherever we wanted.
This little strip of a beach caught our fancy.
So we stayed awhile.
Water clear.
Sand white.
Sun hot.
Gage and I found a great snorkeling spot.
Right out there.
Sibs stayed on the boat. Sakah let her nap in his hammock.
We took turns staying with her in the shade.
Then we headed back
But of course we had to jump off the boat a couple times into the warm water.
Noah always knew the best spots.
Well, except that one spot where Dave stepped right onto a sea urchin.
But the other spots were just right.

Can I please come next time? I promise I won't make Dave step on a sea urchin and I'll be a good babysitter. Hong Island was one of my favorites.
This sounds like HEAVEN! I know there are probably down sides to living in that climate... but your posts make me want to pack up and move... yesterday! :) Thanks for sharing! (And your family is ADORABLE!)
