We painted pumpkins (in our pjs)
Carved a jack o lantern (out of a $30 Singaporean pumpkin and in our pjs)
And made sugar cookies for our neighbors. All in preparation for the big day. Halloween!
Noah went as Luke Skywalker.
Not the one in the brown robes. He had to be the one in the black robes with one black glove covering the bionic hand and a green light saber. We do things right around here.
Gage was Darth Vader. Scary! He loved his new red light saber which made all sorts of sound effects.
Sweet Sybil was Princess Leia.
On the night of Halloween we went trick or treating with wonderful friends in the Woodlands, or "Little America" It was so fun to see all the houses decorated and so many people in costume. You don't see that in the rest of Singapore! Since its the perfect place for Halloween thousands of people come up on Halloween night. That's right, thousands! The place was so crowded! It was nuts!
Noah and Gage loved Ronin's Stevie costume from Minecraft.
Most people sat outside their fence to hand out candy. It got really really crowded as it got dark.
We missed Dave who was out of town on Halloween. But we had so much fun.
Here's a picture of the kids' candy. Lots of mentos and hard candies and gummies. Not much chocolate. See the one that's honey dew melon flavored?
The next night we had a Halloween party at our condo with a few of our neighbors. These kids seemed like babies when we moved here and now everyone is so big.
Happy Halloween!
