Noah's first day of school, again

After a nice long break, Noah is back to school. A new preschool this time. We spent a couple months on their waiting list, and now he has a spot. His first day was last Tuesday. He's happy to meet new kids, learn new things, and not wear a uniform...

This school is still within walking distance, which is really nice. A 5 to 15 minute walk depending on each child's distraction level that day. We cross a busy street, walk past a row of semi-d's (for semi-detached, what they call townhomes), then onto a street full of shophouses. The preschool is in a big building just a couple over.

After Noah waves us good-bye, Gage and I have shopping to do, errands to run, library books to borrow or swings to swing in. It breaks Gage's heart every morning that he can't follow Noah into that classroom, so sometimes we just go back home and cuddle up to a book.

I was wondering about the picture on the wall too - soo cute! Take a picture and send that too. I love seeing all of the pretty buildings in your posts - it is such a beautiful looking place. Most of all, I can't believe how grown up the boys look! give them a big hug from us - we love you!

We just wanted to thank you for a wonderful evening and diner.
The children loved it too.
What a nice family you are!
