I'm so glad when Daddy comes home.

Glad as I can be.

We don't get as much time with SuperDave around here as we would like lately. He's got a big deadline at the end of the month for part of his dissertation. I'm trying really hard to be supportive and not act martyr-ish. (And I do realize that in saying that, I am). But we're still happy and that's what's important.

Boys are in bed, I'm off to sit down with Leo Tolstoy.

Oh, Jessie! You are a better woman than I am! And I know that not only from your being supportive of Dave but also from your reading Leo Tolstoy! Man! When my kids are in bed on comes "So you think you can dance!" Oh how far I've fallen! J/k! By the way, this is Jenny - I got your blog address from Traci and have been totally enjoying your cute blog/boys for the past week!

Ahhh...

But the question is which Tolstoy are you reading?

Jesssie, that is totally weird! I just picked up Tolstoy just last week myself...War and Peace...yes, it's that big, fat. book. But, hey, it's summer! Seems we have this canny ability to pick up the same authors around the same time! Love you...Mom

Okay, even though I'm in grad school I can't say that I have ever sat down with Tolstoy. Even worse, I don't think I intend to do so any time soon! ;-) As to martyrdom, Dave is lucky to have you--especially if that is as martyrish as you get!
